Nikki's real estate career began in 2009 within a national franchise group, where she quickly developed a deep understanding of the client journey from first conversation through to settlement and beyond. Between 2012 and 2017, she honed her skills as an Agent Associate at one of the Gold Coast's most respected and high-performing agencies, where she was entrusted with the full scope of the client experience, from listing presentations, sales support, marketing strategy, and contract administration, through to the kind of genuine concierge-level care that turns a transaction into a lasting relationship.

It's this hands-on understanding of what buyers and sellers actually need, not just during the sale, but in the weeks and months around it, that sets Nikki apart. She has an instinct for reading people, anticipating concerns before they surface, and making clients feel genuinely looked after rather than simply processed. Her approach is warm, measured, and quietly effective.

In 2017, Nikki launched her own property photography and visual media business, delivering professional imagery, 3D Matterport tours, and marketing content to some of the Gold Coast's largest agencies across both residential and commercial sectors, including Kollosche, Harcourts, CBRE, Colliers, Lucy Cole Consulting, First National, Ray White, and LJ Hooker. That experience gave her an insider's view of how the best agencies present and position property, and a sharp eye for the visual storytelling that drives buyer engagement.

Now working exclusively with Smyth RE, Nikki brings all of that together. She oversees business operations, marketing, and client service standards, but her real strength is in the relationships she builds. Whether it's guiding a first-time seller through the process, keeping a nervous buyer informed at every step, or simply being the person who remembers the details that matter, Nikki's focus is always on people first and paperwork second.
